Master of Instructional Leadership Course at the University of Melbourne
The Master of Instructional Leadership is designed for aspiring and current school leaders and focuses on the impact of evidence-based approaches to the leadership of teaching and learning, with a strong emphasis on research. Learn to better understand your leadership style to help improve learning outcomes for your students. A central focus of this course is the role of leadership in enhancing quality teaching and student achievement, change management and effective teacher professional learning, and also the importance of evidence and data. This course aligns with the Australian Professional Standard for Principals, developed by the Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership.
