Government grant to leverage Web 2.0 for Authentic Learning
In collaboration with David Dawson, Head of Information Technology Learning Area, we secured a grant from the AGQTP (Australian Government Quality Teacher Programme). Over the course of 6 months, we attended five full day workshops, entitled ‘Leveraging Web 2.0 for Authentic Learning – Integrating Pedagogy and ICTs for more accomplished schools’. A wide range of Web2 tools and their practical and pedagogical applications were discussed. My reflection and final presentation can be seen on this page: http://thinkedu.net/blog/web2/aisv/ along with some of the feedback I received from my colleagues. (See below)
